Q: How do I get help for a maintenance problem?
A: All Maintenance Requests must be submitted in writing to RE/MAX 200 through our Web Site (www.ORLrent.com), by mail or in person at the RE/MAX 200 Winter Park Office. All Maintenance Requests will be reviewed and RE/MAX will contact the appropriate vendors who will then contact you to schedule any approved repairs.
